Microsoft Courier and HP Slate bite the dust!

It seems both Microsoft and HP have stopped any further development on their tablet devices. Microsoft did not give a reason for terminating the concept however HP has decided against going for a Windows 7 Tablet, simply because they are too power hungry and as I mentioned previously Windows 7 inability to provide a flexible platform for a Portable Touch Screen device.
